Remember how I showed you the zombietini shirt Todd had started? He got a white Western-style shirt from Burlington Coat Factory at a discounted price and hand embroidered martini glasses above each of the pockets. The twist is that each of the martinis is garnished with a finger, which lead to the drink on the shirt being called a “zombietini.” Todd further finished off the shirt by hand embroidering the word “ZOMBIETINI” in blood dripping letters across the back of the shirt. He took the idea I had to do it in two tone using what I like to call “Frankenstein” green and blood red (DMC’s #815).
He wore it tonight to work at Kryptonite Bar where the last Monday of every month is “Zombie Night” when two deliciously B zombie or monster movies are played. In warmer months Todd and his patrons are seen in full zombie makeup (It’s too hard to keep on when it’s this cold out – the prosthetics crack off).
Here are pictures of Todd’s finished shirt:

The shirt came out so cute. I’m glad to see that I’m not alone in my love of dressing the part for a theme night. It just makes the evening that much more fun!
