#ThankStitching No. 27 with Sarah Milligan
I am thankful for embroidery because it can be a part of all my days. With a young family, I am in an exceedingly busy stage of life, and there isn’t much time or space for major endeavours (other than keeping everyone clean and fed, which, some days, are major endeavours in themselves). But embroidery goes with me everywhere. It feels like that connecting thread to my creative soul, and brings me joy every day. And I am thankful to spread that joy to others by creating patterns and kits.
#ThankStitching is a project to collect and curate the reasons why stitchers worldwide are thankful for their particular needleart. Look for daily posts in November with hourly posts on Thanksgiving Day.
